I know that most people are very quick to complain when they have a problem, but forget to pass along a compliment.  I wanted to let you know about our experience with your company.
On Saturday night we realized that our air conditioner was not working properly.  We called for service around 10:15P.M. and your technician promptly called us.  He came right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it!  He was prompt, courteous, considerate, and certainly very efficient, even at such a late hour.
