We just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how pleased we are with the Trane (HVAC) system. The installers on our job were exceptional. Bill and Stephan were very friendly, efficient, and they took their time to make sure that we were satisfied with every detail of the install. These guys really went the extra mile for us and they made sure that the worksite was very clean and orderly at the end of every workday. They left no questions unanswered as we were given a tutorial on the system setup, the “Clean-effects” system and they assisted us with linking the thermostat with our Wi-Fi network. I would really like to commend them for everything that they did. The attention to the details and quality of their workmanship was great to see in this day and age where those qualities are not always the norm.
